We understand that eyewear can be tricky to choose online and want to make the process as easy for you as possible!

AUSTRALIA

We provide free 14 day returns and exchanges on all items unless marked Final Sale.

Simply email your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange to: info@maudestudio.com.au within 14 days of receiving your product. 

Items must be unworn and in as new condition with all original packaging and swing tag attached.

We will then e-mail you a return label to print and attach to your package. Please note all returns must be sent in the original box your order was received in, original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Drop your package into Australia Post and we will notify you once we receive it!

If your item is faulty or you have any other concerns, please email us at info@maudestudio.com.au, include your order number.

INTERNATIONAL
